Java’s Cafe was born in 1992 when we first opened our doors at 16 Gibbs St. From the beginning, our idea was simple – serve the best coffees and teas, and create an awesome place to relax, converse, or find inspiration. We’ve reapplied this philosophy to each location we’ve opened since, and believe that you’d have a hard time finding a more exceptional cafe experience anywhere else! The amazing stuff we serve is the heart of our business, and we’ve worked very hard to make sure that the ingredients we use in our drinks and food are top-notch.
